SUBJECT: Resolution Amending the Executive Pay Plan
INTRODUCTION
This report requests that Council adopt the attached Resolution amending the Executive
Pay Plan.
DISCUSSION
The Executive Pay Plan (EPP) is being amended to provide for a cost of living adjustment
for FY99-00. The cost of living adjustment is consistent with the cost of living adjustment
which has been provided to other City employees.
BUDGET/FINANCIAL IMPACT
Funds are already included in the budget for FY99-00 to cover any costs associated with
this agreement.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that Council adopt the attached Resolution authorizing the City
Manager to execute the attached Resolution amending the Executive Pay Plan.
