R-223 (2)RESOLUTION NO.. 225 (CITY COUNCIL SERIES) A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ORDERING THE VACA- TION OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN ALLEY KNOWN AS TWENTY-FIRST COURT IN THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Santa Monica having heard the evidence offered in relation to the proposed vacation of a portion;of that certain alley known as Twenty-first Court An the City of Santa Monica lying between Washington Avenue and California Avenue, hereby finds from all of the evidence submitted that the portion of the alley above referred to and proposed to be vacated by Resolution No. 208. -(City Council Series) is unnecessary for present or pro- spective street purposes. For full particulars reference hereby is made to said Resolution No. 208 (City Council Series) and to the map on file in the Office of the City Clerk of said City; which map is entitled t1Twenty-first Court - Map Showing Alley to be Vacated under the Provisions of the Street Vacation Act of 1941," dated. December, 1948. It therefore is ordered that said portion of said alley be and the same hereby is vacated. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adop- tion of this resolution and the same shall be in full force and effect on and after January 15, 1949.
