AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONIGA A14ENDING
CHAPTER 2 OF ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA MONICA
MUNICIPAL CODE; WHICH SAID CHAPTER ADOPTS A
DETAILED MASTER PLAN OF AIRPORT DEVELOPMENT.
WHEREAS, the City P1Rnning Commission of the City of
Santa Monica forwarded to the City Council a proposed amend—
ment to the detailed master elan of the Santa Monica Municipal
Alrnort, said nla.n being City Engineer Plan No. 2128, having
b^•n adopted by Ordinance No. 143 Commissioners' Series, on
the 11th day of Sentembrr, 1946; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Monica
did hold a public hearing on said proposed amendment to said
detailed master plan on the 11th day of April , 1950
in the City Hall, Nanta Monica, California, at the hour of
3:0r) 'd., and notice of the time and place of said hearing
having been published in the Evening Outlook, a newspaper
of general circulation in the City of Santa Monica, at least
ten days before said hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONTCA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
:SECTION 1. Chapter 2 of Article IX of the Santa
Monica Municipal Code hereby is amended by adding thereto a
new section designated as 9201j thereof, and to read as follows:
"Section 9201J. All areas not shown on
said detailed plan as being set aside
for a specific purpose shall be considered
available for any use, including the
erection of structures reasonably incident
to the operation of the Municipal Airport,
subject to the requirements of Section
92011, above."

SECTION 2. The Mn.
