Santa Monica. Commencing at the point of intersection of the center line
of Pico Boulevard, 80 feet wide, with the center line of Fourth Street, 60
feet wide, extending northwesterly from said Pico Boulevard, as shown
and monumented in Field Book 310 Page 54 on file in the office of the
City Engineer of the City of Santa Monica; thence 45° 25' S5" West along
the center line of said Fourth Street, a distance of 1045.03 feet; thence
South 8° 08' 05" West, a distance of 37.29 feet to the southwesterly line
of said Fourth Street; thence South 45° 25' S5" East along said
southwesterly line, a distance of 12.61 feet to the true point of beginning,
said true point of beginning being also the beginning of a curve concave
westerly and having a radious of 581 feet and whence the radial line bears
North 84° 58' 35" West; thence southwesterly along the arc of said curve,
a distance of 31.55 feet to a point whence the radial line bears North 81°
51' S5" West; thence South 8° 08' 05" West, a distance of 163.81 feet to
the beginning of a curve concave northwestrly and having a radius of
1157.007 feet and whence the radial line bears North 81° 51' S5" West;
thence southwesterly along the arc of the last mentioned curve, a distance
of 276.32 feet to a point whence the radial line bears North 68° 10' S5"
West; thence South 21° 49' 05" West, a distance of 29.89 feet; thence
South 2° 14' S4" East, a distance of 24.11 feet to a point in the westerly
line of Main Street, 80 feet wide, as described in Final Order of
Condemnation had in Case No. 131082 in the Superior Court of the state
of California, in and for the county of Los Angeles entered January 2,
1925 in Judgement Bood 574 Page 135 of Los Angeles county records;
and the last mentioned point being on a curve concave southeasterly and
having a radius of 80 feet and whence the radial line bears South 76° 04'
55" East; thence northeasterly along the arc of the last mentioned curve, a
distance of 117.62 feet to the easterly boundary of said real property
described in said deed from Robert C. Gillis, et ux., said easterly boundary
being identical with the westerly line of the Block 3 of the Bandini Tract
shown on map thereof, recorded in book 55 page 56 of Miscellaneous
Records, in the office of the recorder of Los Angeles county; thence North
8° 09' 35" East along the westerly line of said Block 3, a distance of
416.55 feet to the southwesterly line of said Fourth Street; thence North
45° 25' S5" West along said southwesterly line of said Fouth Street, a
distance of 56.12 feet to the true point of beginning.
