A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
REVISING THE WATER CAPITAL FACILITY FEE
WHEREAS, the City Council may establish, amend, or revise from time to
time by resolution the Water Capital Facility Fee to be charged for any water
connection pursuant to Section 7.12.090 of the Santa Monica Municipal Code;
and
WHEREAS, the City desires to amend the Water Capital Facility Fees that
recover the cost of increased demand on the water system;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Water Capital Facility Fee for connection to the water
system shall be as follows:

SECTION 2. Resolution 8045 (CCS) is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution,
and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
