A special meeting of the Santa Monica City Council was called to orqer"by Mayor Feinstein at
6:38 p.m., on Monday, June 3, 2002, at City Council Chambers, 1685 Main Street.

CONVENE/PLEDGE
On order of the Mayor, the City Council convened at 6:38 p.rn., with Councilmember Holbrook
absent. Councilmember O'Connor led the assemblage in the Pledge of Allegiance.
STUDY SESSION:
3-A: Joint meeting of the City Council, the Civic Center Working Group and the
Promenade Uses Task Force to discuss Santa Monica Place Master Planning Concepts, was
opened. .
There was no one present for public comment.
Discussion was held with the members of the Civic Center Working Group and the Promenade
Uses Task Force on the various aspects ofthe Civic Center Plan.
On order ofthe Mayor, the information was received and filed.
