The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Monica. California, met in
Special Session on August 15, 1969. at 5:30 P.M.. In the offices of Rhodes.
Barnard and Maloney. 1244 - 6th Street, Santa Monica, California.
PRESENT:
MEMBERS: J. Lee Schimmer. Chairman
B. Thomas Barnard
Clifford Connelly
L. Wayne Harding
Mortimer T. Richey
Philip E. Whiting
ABSENT:
MEMBERS: Ted Fach
The Chairman and the Chairman Pro-Tern called a Special meeting of the
Agency Members to discuss the audit findings of the Harry L. Nourse Audit
Company. which indicated that Redevelopment Agency funds had apparently
been misappropriated. A review and discussion of said audit exceptions
followed. Formal action on the part of the Agency was deferred pending
receipt of additional information.
The Chainman declared the meeting adjourned at 6:40 P.M.
