PROJECT ACTIONS AND REPORTS;
Projects 1 (a) and 1 (b):
Reconsideration of Agency's Support of Developer's
Appeals on Applications for Permit and Exemption
The Chairman stated that a special meeting had been called for the
purpose of reconsidering the Agency's support of the Developer's appeal
to the State Coastal Commission on hIS Application for Permit and the
Developer's appeal to the Courts on his Application for Exemption.
Mr. Jacobs entered at 1:10 P.M.
Mr. McCloskey moved, seconded by Mr. van den Steenhoven, that tne
meeting adjourn to an Executive Session for the purpose of discussing

The meeting adjourned at 1:11 P.M.
The meeting reconvened at 2:03 P.M., at which time Mr, McCloskey
moved, seconded by Mrs. Swink, that the meeting be adjourned. The
motion carried with a unanimous voice vote.
