APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Rev. Judson moved, seconded by Mr. Lawson, that the minutes of
September 3, 1974 be approved as mailed. The motion carried with a
unanimous voice vote,
PROJECT ACTIONS AND REPORTS:
Ocean Park Project:
Executive Session - Ocean Park Project Lltl~ation
At the recommendation of the Executive Director, Mrs. Swink moved,
seconded by Mr Judson, that the meeting be adjourned to an Executive
Session for the purpose of discussing the Ocean Park Project Litigation
The motion carried with a unanimous vOice vote, The meeting adjourned
at 4 02 P.M.
The meeting reconvened at 4.45 P.M.
At the recommendation of SpeCial Counsel and Administration, Mr,
van den Steenhoven moved, seconded by Mr. Trives, that the Agency
(I) give H.F.H., Ltd. Notice of Default on the Ocean Park Project and
(2) make a demand for payment under the escrow within one week The
motion carried with the fol lowing roll call vote.

Downtown ProJect.
A,gency Member Fred M. Judson - DIscussion of Downtovm
Redevelopment Project
Rev. Judson made a statement urging that the Rouse Co. proceed as
rapidly as possible on the completion of the design of the Downtown
Project
The Executive Director stated that Agency staff would be meeting
with Rouse representatives within I week concerning the design of the
Project
GENERAL:
NAHRO National Conference
The DIrector of CommunIty Development stated that there would be
a NAHRO National Conference held in Boston, September 29 thru October
2, 1974, and that the main topic of discussion would be the new legis-
lation on the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974. He added
that the Agency budget provided for attendance by two Agency Members
at said conference. Several Members expressed an interest In attending
and the Executive Director requested that they contact his office
regarding this matter.
The Chairman expressed appreciation for the services of the
Director of Community Development during his tenure.
There being no further business to be brought before the Members,
Mr, Trives moved, seconded by Mrs. Swink, that the meeting be adjourned.
The motion carried with a unanimous voice vote. The meeting adjourned
at 4- 50 P.M.
