The meeting was called to order at 4:04 P.~. by Mayor Swink.
On motion of Councilmember Cohen. second by Councilmember Reed, the
meeting was recessed to an executive session at 4:05 P.M. -
The meeting reconvened at 5:10 P.M. with all members present as
previously noted.
Murray Kane, General Counsel of the Redevelopment Agency, read aloud
in full the proposed resolution delineating acquisition policies and
procedures for the Downtown Redevelopment Project to the Council
~fter which Councilmember Trives moved to adopt Resolution No. 4305(CCS)
~tit1ed "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COU~CIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
~.lENDING SECTION 2 OF THE RESOLUTION NO. 4892 (CITY COUNCIL SERIES)
APPROVING ACQUISITION POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR THE DOWNTO~N RE-
DEVELOPl-fENT PROJECT" as stated by ~fr. Kane. Second by Councilmember
Reed and approved by the following vote:

Agency ~fember Tri yes moved to approve the minutes of the meetings of
the Redevelopment Agency of June 23, 1977 and June 28, 1977 with a
correction at the bottom of the page of the June 28 minutes, correcting
the time of the adjournment of the meeting from 5:15 P.M. to 7:15 P.M.
Second by Agency Member Reed.

Presented at this time was the consideratlon of setting a public
hearing regarding the disposition and development agreement for the
Ocean Park Redevelopment Project. Agency ~rember Reed moved that the

ment Project. Second by Agency Member Cohen and approved by the
