The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Monica, California, met in
adjourned regular session in the CIty Council Chambers, on June 15. 1970,
at 4:30 P.M.
The Acting Secretary reported tha~ a ~otice of Adjournment was posted on
the Council Chamber door on June .i, 1970, and that the affidavit of
posting waS on fi Ie in the offices of the Redevelopment Agency.
PRESENT:

Ted Fach, entered at 4:40 P.M.

APPROVAL OF BILLS: The Acting Secretary reviewed the accounts
payable items through June 15, 1970.
Mr. Harding moved, seconded by Mr. Richey, that the accounts payable
items through June 15, 1970 be approved for payment. The motion carried
with the following roll call vote:

GENERAL:
Executive Session - Personnel
Mr. Richey moved, seconded by Mr. Harding, that the meeting be
adjourned to an Executive Session for discussion of personnel matters.
The motion carried with a unanimous voice vote. The meeting adjourned
at 4:37 P.M.
The meeting reconvened at 6:00 P.M. The Chairman stated that
several applicants for the position of Executive Director had been
interviewed by the Board and that no decision with respect to selection of
any of the candidates for said position had been or was to be made by
the Agency at this time.
There being no further business to be brought before the Members,
Mr. Richey moved, seconded by Mr. Schlmmer, that the meeting be adjourned.
The motion carried with a unanimous voice vote. The meeting adjourned at
6:02 P.M.
