RESOLUT I ON NO,
327 (R.A.S.)
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE TO PROPOSED
PROJECT AREA BOUNDARIES FOR PROPOSED
DOWNTOWN REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, on August 6, 1973 the City Planning Commission selected the
Project area boundaries for the proposed Downtown Redevelopment Project, and
WHEREAS, on August 4, 1975 the City Planning Commission approved and
adopted a change to the Project area boundaries for such proposed Project,
subject to the approval of the Agency, deleting certain land from the proposed
Project area;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That the Agency hereby approves the changed Project area boundaries for
the proposed Downtown Redevelopment Project as shown on the Preliminary Plan
Map attached hereto, labelled Exhibit A, and incorporated herein by this re-
ference and directs the Agency's staff to formulate a proposed Redevelopment
Plan and other documents necessary and appropriate to the proposed redevelop-
ment of the Project area.
