RESOLUTION APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR THE EXECUTION OF A
FIRST AMENDATORY CONTRACT AMENDING LOAN ~ND GRANT CONTRACT
NO. CALIF. R-37/q4(lG), BY AND BETWEEN THE ~EDEVElOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA AND THE UNITED STATES
OF AHERICA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY T~E REDEVElOPrlENT ftGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ~ONICA
AS FOLLOWS'
SECTION 1. The pending prcposed First Anendatory Contract (herein
called the "Acrendatory Contract"), to a'nend that certain Loan and Grant Contract
No. Cal if. R-37/44 (LG), dated March 29, 1973, by and bet~een the Redevelop"ent
Agency of the City of Santa ~~onica (herein called the "Local Public Agency")
and the United States of ,'lcc,erica (herein called t">e "Govern"lent"), is hereby
in all respects approved
SECTION 2. The Chairran is hereby authorized cod circcted to execute
t~e ftrcndatory Contract in two counterparts on be~alf of the Local Publ ic 4gency,
and the Secretary is hereby aut~orized and directed to irpress a~d attest the
official seal of the Local Public Agency on each such counter~art and to for~ard
such counterparts to the Departrent of Housing & Urban Developnent for execution
on be~alf of the Government, together with such other docunents relative to the
ap?roval a~d execution of such counterparts as ray be required by the Gcvernnent.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall t~~e effect I~~ediately
