RESOLUTION NO. 3i5(RAS)
(Redevelopment Agency Series)
A RESOLUTIO~ OF THE REDEVELOPME~T AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF SA~TA MONICA APPROVING THE BUDGET FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR 1983-1984, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS, the proposed budget for the fiscal year
1983-1984 was subm~tted to the Redevelopment Agency as d~rected
by Sect~on 33612 of the Ca11forn1a Health and Safety Codei and
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency held a publ1C hear1ng
on sa~d budget after a not~ce of sa~d budget hear1ng was
published not less than ten (10) days pr~or theretoi and
WHEREAS, after sa1d public hear1ng, the Redevelopment
Agency considered further its proposed budget;
KOW THEREFORE, THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MO~ICA RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIO~ 1.
That the budget for the fiscal year
1983-1984 as subn~tted by the Executive D~rector and rev~sed by
the Redevelopment Agency which budget is ent1tled "City of Santa
Mon~ca, Proposed Budget, Execut~ve Summary, 1983-1984", a copy of
wh~ch budget 1S attached hereto, 1S hereby approved and adopted.
In adopting sa1d budget, the Redevelopment Agency intends to and
by this Section does adopt and approve the total operating
appropriation, consist~ng of Salar~es and Wages, Supp11es and
Expense,
and
maJor expend~ture category, capital

~ 1mprovements budget and the revenue detail, and does authorize
the Executive D1rector to allot by maJor expenditure category as
appropr1ated.
SECTION 2.
That 1n adopt1ng said budget, the C1ty
Council does hereby reauthor1ze and approve the 1982-83 Cap1tal
Improvements Budget.
SECTIot; 3.
The
Secretary shall cert1fy to the
adopt1on of th1s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
