A meeting of the Santa ~onica Redevelopment Agency was called to
order at 7:11 P.M. on Tuesday, August 24, 1982 by Chairperson Pro
Tempore Edwards.

approve the minutes of the meet1ng held on June 22, 1982. Second

Budget. Member Conn moved to adopt Resolution ~o. 374(RAS)
entitled: "A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
SAt.'\TTA MONICA "M1E~DI~G THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YE1\.R 1982-83,"
readlng by title only and waiving further reading thereof. Second
by ~ember Zane. The ~otion was approved by the following vote:
Agency Vote: Unanimously approved 6-0
Absent: Chalrperson Yannatta Goldway
ADJOU~r1ENT: At 7:14 P.M., Member Conn moved to adjourn the
rneet1ng of the Redevelopment Agency. Second by ~ember Reed. The
