RESOLUTION NO. 303 (R.A.S.)
RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA, CALJFORNIA, APPROVING THE PROPOSED
RFDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE PACIFIC OCEAN PARK REDE-
VELOPMENT PRp~ECT AND RECOMMENDING THAT THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA,,,CALlFORNjA,
ADOPT SAID PROPOSED RED,EVELOPMENT PLAN.
WHEREAS. pursuant to the California Community Redevelopment Law, the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Monica, California (Agency)
submitted the Proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Pacific Ocean Park
Redevelopment Project to the City Planning CommIssion for its report and
recommendation thereon, and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has considered said Proposed Rede-
velopment Plan and has made and fl led with the Agency its report and recommenda-
tion concerning the Proposed Redevelopment Plan and its conformity to the
General Plan and has recommended that the Proposed Redevelopment plan be
approved; and
WHEREAS. the Agency desires to recommend certain changes In the Proposed
Redevelopment Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA, as follows:
1. The Agency recommends that the Proposed Redevelopment Plan be
changed as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached !-ereto.
2. The Proposed Redevelopment Plan, as recommended to be changed, is
hereby approved in all respects.
3. The Agency further recommends that the City Council of the City
of Santa Monica, California, adopt the Proposed Redevelopment plan.
4. The Executive Director of the Agency is hereby authorized and
directed to file forthwith this Resolution with the City Clerk of
the City of Santa Monica. California. ~~--

All private uses, including residential, commercial and industrial
uses, are prohibited in Land Use Area G.
F. ($ 405) General Controls and Limitations
All real property in the Project area is hereby made subject to the
controls and requirements of this Plan.
No real property shall be developed, rehabilitated, or otherwise
changed after Lhe date of the adoption of the plan except in conformance
with the provisions of this Plan.
