Calif. R-37, and Project NO. l(b), Calif. R~~~, and, WhEREAS, the approval of said Land Disposition Agreement by the Depart~en< of Housing and Urban Development is conditioned upon the approval of certain Ar.1erodments to the Land Disposition Agreement, marked as Exhibit "A" and attached hereto.
