Contract No 60l5(CCS) was awarded to Damon Constructlon Company in the amount of $774,817 53 for the annual street resurfacing projects and miscellaneous paving work. 6-E AWARD OF CONTRACT/REPLACEMENT OF ROOF/FIRE STATION #3 Contract No 6016(CCS) was awarded to Southern CalIforma Roofing Co. in the amount of $59,720 for the replacement of the roof at Fire StatIon #3, 1302 19th Street 6-F AMEND CONTRACTIUNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK ACTIVITIES/FIRE I STATION #5 Contract No. 5753 With LIndmark EngIneerIng to complete underground storage tank actIVItIes at Fire StatIon #5, 2450 Ashland Avenue, was amended and additIonal funds In the amount of $41,081 were appropnated END OF CONSENT CALENDAR 6-G EXCHANGE AGREEMENT/JONATHAN CLUB' Presented was the staff report recommendmg authonzaUon for the City Manager to execute an Exchange Agreement With the Jonathan Club.
