OCEAN PARK REDEVELOP~NT ?ROJECT: A speclal Joint ~eetlng of the
City Councll and Redevelopment Agency was held for the purpose of
recelvi~g an interim presentation of the plans for the Ocean Par~
Redevelop~ent ProJect off-slte lmprovenents. Following
i~troductory comments by staff, a presentatlor. was given by ~oore
Ruble Yudell Archltects and Planners on the Ocean Park
Redevelopment Project off-site/beach i~provements. Discussion was
held. The following ~erobers of the publlC spo~e In regard to the
~at~er: Connie Jenkins, Ruth Welsberg, Mlchael Tarbet, Lynne
Bronstein, Wayne Hall, Richard Chacker, Liucija Baskaus~as, and
Sara Faulds. DiscuSS10~ was held. It was suggested that, in any
final presentatlon to be made, staff ?rovide cost breakdowns for
dlf=erent proposed improveMents, and alternatlve flnanclng packages
relatlve to each L~provement.
