"RESOLUTION OF THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
CONFIRMING THAT PROPOSED ALTERATIONS OF PARKING STRUCTURE NUMBER
2 COMPLY WITH THE LEASE BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE PARKING
