PARKING AUTHORITY MINUTES
COUNCIL CHAMBER, CITY HALL~ SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA
Special Meeting
7:30 p.m.~ Tuesday, August 8,1978
The Parking Authority of the Clty of Santa Monica met in Special Session at
the above-named time and place.
MEMBERS PRESENT: John Bambrick~ Seymour A. Cohen, Perry Scott, Nathaniel
Trives
MEMBERS ABSENT: Donna O. Swink, Christine Reed, Pieter van den Steenhoven
ALSO PRESENT: James D. Williams, City Manager
Richard l. Knickerbocker, City Attorney
Stanley E. Scholl, Director of General Services
Joyce Snider, City Clerk
A Resolution establishing new monthly and hourly parking rates on Parking
Authority lots 3 and 4 was presented by the City Clerk. Mr. Trives moved
that the Resolution be adopted. The motion was seconded by Mr. Bambrick and
passed with the following vote:

MEMBERS: Bambrick, Cohen, Scott, Trives
MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: MEMBERS: Swink, Reed, van den Steenhoven
There being no further business before the Parking Authority, on motion by
Mr. Bambrick, seconded by Mr. Trives and carried unanimously, the meeting
was adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
