S~ec~al Session at the above named time and olace. The Pleoge
of Allegiance was given.

Mr. Reidy moved that the Executive Secretary of t~e Parking
Authority be author1zed LO enter 1n,0 an agree~ent for en~1neering
serV1ces as per condl.tl.ons stipulateo in Contract 31 {PAS}, and
Addenduu No.1 to Contract 29 (PAS). The mot1on was seconded by
Hrs. Hoover and carr1eo by the follm,ring vote:
