Mr. Wamsley stated that as there were no additions or cor-
rections to the Uintltes of the AdJourned Regular 1-4eeting held
Augllst 12, 1969, they stand approved as .nailed.

Mr. Reidy entered at 1:28.
The award~n9 of the ~ids for Structure No. 5 to Kemo Bros. tor
$1,077,385 was reco~mended. Mr. Dituri ~a0e the motion to anprove
the recOlw'lendati0n with the under5tand~ng tilat the addit~onal funfls
needed, $339,OflO, ~ ap~JrQved at the Counc~l meet~ng follow~ng.
