Mr, Rel.dy moved to approve the minutes of the adJourned

In response to a QUEstion by Mr. Reidy, Mr. Scott expl~~nQn
that the constructlon of Par~1ng Structure #5 on the northwest
corn8r of 4th and Broadway mlght Dossibly be def€rred pendLng
approval of the merchants until after the Ch~istmas ShOP?lng
season ~s over, as there would be a definite decrease in park1ng
caoac1ty 1n the area if constructlon were under way at that time.
Upon motLon by Mr Diturl, seconded by Mr, Reidy, and carr1ed
unam1ously, the meeting was adjourned at 7:40 P M.
