PARKING AUTHORITY MINUTES
COUNCIL CHAMBER, CITY HALL, SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA
September 12, 1967 7:20 P.M.
The Parklng Authority of the C~ty of Santa Monica met in
special session at the above named time and place. The Pledge
of Allegiance was given.

It was announced that the date and time of the special
meeting of the Parking Authority was mailed to all members on
September 7. 1967 and that an affidavit to that effect is on
file in the office of the Parking and Traffic Engineer.
The Chairman introduced the item on the agenda--the pro-
posed purchase of properties at the southwest corner of
Fourth Street and Broadway.
Mr. Nadon read the tltle of a resolution: "A RESOLUTION
OF THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA AUTHORIZING
THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM DR. CORNELIUS P. HAGGARD
AND MRS. EIvIMA HAGGARD".

Mr. Reidy moved that the Resolution be adopted. The
motion was seconded by Mrs. Hoover and carried by the following
