IMPLEMENTATION PLAN Presented was the staffreport
recommendmg authonzatlon for the ExecutIve DIrector to negotIate
and execute an amendment to professIonal servtces contract WIth
Kathenne Spitz ASSOCIates Inc, III an amount not to exceed $75,794,
to deSIgn and prepare the Pico Boulevard Streetscape Plan
On order of the Mayor, the public hearing was opened Member of
the publIc Joey Fullmer expressed her concerns There bemg no
further speakers, the public heanng was closed
MotIon by Agency Member Femstem., seconded by Chatr Pro Tern
O'Connor, to approve the amendment to Contract No 6607(CCS)
The motIon was approved by the followmg vote
