"RESOLUTION OF THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
GIVING NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL AIR RIGHTS OVER PARKING LOT
THREEfI reading by title only and waiving further reading thereof,
agreeing to sell to Retirement HOUSIng Foundatiol" the aIr-rIghts
over the parkIng lot at 1121-35 Third Street for the development
of senior housIng, contll"gent or the receIpt of a SectIon 202
loar:; commitment, and execut Ion of a Development and DiSposition
Agreement with RHF. Second by Member Cor.n. DiScussion was held.
