Presented was a staff report transmitting a reSolution for
adoptlOG approvll',g the asslgrmeGt of COGtract No. 1828(CCS), a
parking lease, from General Telephone Company to Phllprop
Development Company, for a minimum of 265 parkIng spaces in a
publ10 parking structure or Second Street. Authority Member
EpstelG moved the staff recommendation, thereby adoptIng
Resolution No. 196 (PAS) entl tIed: "A RESOLUTION OF THE PARKING
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA APPROVING ASSIGN~1ENT OF
