At 7:43 p.m. a Spec~al Joint Meeting of the City Counc~l, Re-
development Agency, Houslng Authority and Parklng Authorlty was
called to order.

Presented was a staff report and a public hearing in regard to
adoption of Fiscal Year 1985-86 Budgets for City Council,
Redevelopment Agency, Housing Authority and Parklng Authority.
Parklng Authority Member Epsteln moved to adopt Parklng Authority
Resolutlon No. 185 (PAS) entitled: "RESOLUTION OF THE PARKING
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA APPROVING THE BUDGET FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR 1985-86," readlng by tltle only and waiv~ng
further reading thereof. Second by Parking Authority Member Katz.
The motlon was approved by the followlng vote:

ADJOURMENT:
AT 12:30 A.M., Member Epstein moved to adjourn the City Council,
Redevelopment Agency, Housing Authority and Parking Authority
meetlngs in memory of Robert Dean Stethem, serviceman kl11ed ~n
Belrut during hljacklng of a TWA Jetl~ner, and Dorothy Sulllvan~
mother-in law of Wll1l.am Mortensen, Chairman of First Federal
Savings Bank of California. Second by Member Jenn1ngs. The
motion was approved by unanimous vote.
