Presented was a staff report transmltting a resolution
establish1ng a parklng permit for surface parklng lots with low
nighttlme ut1llzat1on between the hours of 6 :00 p.m. and 7 :30
a.m., Monday through Saturday and all day on Sunday, and approval
of an increase in the Fiscal Year 1985-86 revenue est1.mate at
account number 77-926-260-000-000. D1.SCUSS10n was held. Authority
Member Epste1n moved to adopt Resolutlon No. 186 (PAS) entitled:
.. A RESOLUTION OF THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA ESTABLISHI~G A PARKING PERMIT FOR USE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF
6AM AND 7 :30 AM MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY AND ALL DAY ON SUNDAY,"
reading by title only and Wa1V1ng further readlng thereof,
amended to indicate that the number of permits to be issued not
exceed 20, pend1ng further study; further to increase the 1985-86
Fiscal Year revenue estimate as specified. Second by Author1ty
Member Katz. The mot10n was approved by the follow1ng vote:
