CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
AUGUST 23, 1989
A special adjourned meeting of the Santa Monica city Council was
scheduled for 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 23, 1989, in the
Council Chambers to consider the following item:
11-B: PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION
COMPANY/BERGAMOT PROPERTY: A recommendation to authorize the
City Manager to execute a loan agreement with the Los Angeles
County Transportation Commission and to execute a purchase
agreement with the Southern Pacific Transportation Company for
the Bergamot property, considered at the August 22, 1989,
meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned due to lack of a quorum.
