Mayor Bambrick at 8:34 A.M., Frlday, Sept~mber 12, 1980.

At 8:35 A.M. Councilmember Reed moved to adjournto Executive SeSSlon for
Ithe purpose of discusslng pending litlgatlon. Second by Mayor Pro Tempore
Yannatta Goldway. The motion was approved by the followlng vote:
Councll Vote: Unanlmously approved 4-0
Absent: Councilmembers Jennings, Rhoden and van den
Steenhoven
iAt 9:01 A.M. the Councll reconvened with Councllmembers Yannatta Goldway,
IReed and Mayor Bambrick present. Therefore, no actlon was taken and the
!rr.eeting adjourned for lack of a quorum.
