The meeting was called to order at 4:55 P.M. by Mayor SWlnk.

Councilmember Pleter van den Steenhoven
Mavor Swink announced that the meeting had been called for the purpose
of"holdlng an executlve session to:
1) Discuss and evaluate performance of the Clty Clerk.
2) Discuss pendlng litlgatlon regardlng the Downtown Redevelopment
ProJect.
Councllmember Reed moved to recess to executive seSSlon. Second by
Mayor Pro Tempore Cohen.
Councl1 Vote: Unanlmously approved 6-0
Absent: Councilmember van den Steenhoven
The Councl1 reconvened at 7:05 P.M. and Mayor Swink stated that the
ltems had been discussed as agendized and that no actlon had been taken.
The meeting was adJourned at 7'05 P.M. on motlon of Councilmember Trlves,
second by Councllmember Reed.
Councl1 Vote: Unanlmously approved 6-0
Absent: Councilmember van den Steenhoven
