The Santa Mon1ca City Counc1l met 9:45 A.M. on Saturday, June 2,
1984, in the Council Chambers in Budget Study Session. The meeting
was called to order by Mayor Edwards at 11:40 P,M.

1984-85 CITY BUDGET STUDY SESSION: Presentat10ns were given by
staff and discussion was held 1n regard to the follow1ng matters:
procedures to be follow1ng during forthcoming renew of 1984-85
budget documents; financial status; project1on of revenues and
reserves, presentation of the following department budgets: City
Clerk, Personnel Department, F1nance Department, City Attorney,
C1ty Manager/Data ProceSSing, and Community Development and
Economic Department.
ADJOURNMENT: At 5:20 P.M., there being no objection, the meet1ng
was adjourned, noting the schedule for additional study sessions on
June 5, 6, 7, and 9, 1984.
