A meeting of the Santa Mon~ca City Council was held on Monday, September
13, 1982 for the purposes of holding a Closed Session. The meeting was
called to order by Mayor Yannatta Go1dway at 9:13 A,M.

Councilmember William H. Jennings

Councilmember Christine Reed
Councilmember Dennis Zane
Acting City Clerk Ginny Piccolo
CLOSED SESSION: Councilmember Reed moved to adJourn to Closed Session
for the purpose of discussing pending litigation and personnel matters.
Second by Councilmember Conn. The motion was approved by unanimous vote.
At 1:55 P.M., Council reconvened with the following members present:
Counc~lmemberS Conn, Press, Reed, Zane and Mayor Yannatta Goldway.
Mayor Yannatta Go1dway announced that no action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT: At 1:56 P.M., Councilmember Conn moved to adjourn the
meeting until 6:00 P.M., Tuesday, September 14, 1982. The motion was
approved by the following vote:
Council Vote: Unanimously approved 5-0
