REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MINUTES
DECEMBER 14, 2004
A special meeting of the Santa Monica Redevelopment Agency Meeting was called to order by
Chair Bloom at 6:55 p.m., on Tuesday, December 14, 2004, at City Council Chambers, 1685
Main Street.

CONVENE
On order of the Chair, the City Council convened at 6:55 p.m., with all
members present, to a joint meeting with the City Council.
ANNUAL REPORT
JOINT MEETING WITH THE CITY COUNCIL:
l-L: Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2003-2004 for the Redevelopment
Agency - recommendation that the City Council receive and file information
and that the Redevelopment Agency direct the Executive Director to
transmit the report to the Controller of the State of California, was
presented.
Members of the public Joey Fullmer and Jerry Rubin commented on the
proposed Annual Report.
Motion by Agency Member McKeown. seconded by Chair Pro Tem Katz, to
approve staff recommendation. The motion was approved by the following
vote:
