PARKING AUTHORITY MINUTES
NOVEMBER 23, 2004
A special meeting of the Santa Monica Parking Authority was called to order by Chair Bloom at
9:03 p.m., on Tuesday, November 23,2004, at City Council Chambers, 1685 Main Street.

Authority Secretary Maria M. Stewart
CONVENE
On order of the Chair, the Parking Authority convened at 9:03 p.m., to a
joint meeting with the City Council, the Housing Authority and the
Redevelopment Agency, with Authority Member Katz absent.
BUDGET CHANGES
8-C: Adoption of Fiscal Year 2003-04 Year-End Budget Changes-
recommendation that the City Council, the Housing Authority, the Parking
Authority and the Redevelopment Agency approve the proposed budget
changes, was presented.
There was no one present for public comment.
Motion by Authority Member Feinstein. seconded by Authority Member
O'Connor, to approve recommendation. The motion was approved by the
following vote:
