HOUSING AUTHORITY MINUTES
NOVEMBER 23, 2004
A special meeting of the Santa Monica Housing Authority was called to order by Chair Bloom at
9:03 p.m., on Tuesday, November 23,2004, at City Council Chambers, 1685 Main Street.

CONVENE
On order of the Chair, the Housing Authority convened at 9:03 p.m., to a
joint meeting with the City Council, the Parking Authority and the
Redevelopment Agency, with Commissioner Katz absent.
BUDGET CHANGES
8-C: Adoption of Fiscal Year 2003-04 Year-End Budget Changes-
recommendation that the City Council, the Housing Authority, the Parking
Authority and the Redevelopment Agency approve the proposed budget
changes, was presented.
There was no one present for public comment.
Motion by Commissioner Feinstein. seconded by Commissioner O'Connor,
to approve recommendation. The motion was approved by the following
vote:
