PARKING AUTHORITY MINUTES
MARCH 23, 2004
A special meeting of the Santa Monica Parking Authority was called to order by Chair Bloom at
6:04 p.m., on Tuesday, March 23, 2004, at City Council Chambers, 1685 Main Street.

CONVENE
On order of the Chair, the Parking Authority convened to a joint meeting
with the City Council, the Redevelopment Agency and Housing Authority at
6:04 p.m., with all members present.
MINUTES
l-K: Approval of minutes for the Parking Authority June 18, 2002 and
Octoher 22,2002, were approved.
Motion by Chair Pro Tern McKeown. seconded by Authority Member Katz.
to approve the minutes. The motion was approved by the following vote:
