HOUSING AUTHORITY MINUTES
MARCH 23, 2004
A special meeting of the Santa Monica Housing Authority was called to order by Chair Bloom at
6:04 p.m., on Tuesday, March 23, 2004, at City Council Chambers, 1685 Main Street.
Roll Call:

Authority Clerk Maria M. Stewart
CONVENE
On order of the Chair, the Housing Authority convened to a joint meeting
with the City Council, the Redevelopment Agency and Parking Authority at
6:04 p.m., with all members present.
MINUTES
l-K: Approval of minutes for Housing Authority June 18 and August
13,2002, were approved.
Motion by Vice Chair McKeown. seconded by Commissioner Katz, to
approve the minutes. The motion was approved by the following vote:

Commissioners Feinstein, Katz, Genser, Holbrook,
O'Connor, Vice Chair McKeown, Chair Bloom
None
None
NOES:
ABSENT:
RECESS
On order of the Chair, the special joint meeting was adjourned at 6:05 p.m.
RECONVENE
On order of the Chair, the Housing Authority recessed at 6:05 p.m. and
reconvened to a special meeting at 11 :57 p.m, with Commissioners
Holbrook and Katz absent.

2004-05 PUBLIC 9-A: Recommendation to hold public hearing, to approve the Public
HOUSING AUTHORITY Housing Authority Agency Plan 2004-05. and certify compliance with
PLAN the 2001-02 through 2005-06 Consolidated Plan, was presented.
There was no one present for public comment.
Motion by Commissioner Genser. seconded by Vice Chair McKeown, to
approve staff recommendation. The motion was approved by the following
vote:
AYES:
Commissioners O'Connor, Genser, Feinstein, Vice Chair
McKeown, Chair Bloom
None.
Commissioners Holbrook, Katz

ADJOURNMENT:
On order of the Chair, the Housing Authority meeting was adjourned at
