A special meeting of the Santa Monica City Council was called to order by Mayor Genser 6: 00
p.m., on Tuesday, May 31, 2000, at City Council Chambers, 1685 Main Street.

On order of the Mayor, the City Council convened at 6:00 p.m., with
Councilmember Holbrook absent. Councilmember Bloom led the
assemblage in the Pledge of Allegiance.
There being no one present for public comment, and on order of the Mayor,
the City Council recessed to the following closed session:
16-A: Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation.
Number of cases: One.
Action: Matter was heard, no reportable action was taken.
On order of the Mayor, the special Council meeting was adjourned at 6:17
p.m.
