A special meeting of the Santa Monica City Council was called to order by Mayor Feinstein at
7:03 p.m., on Tuesday, April 3, 2001, at City Council Chambers, 1685 Main Street.

CONVENEIPLEDGE:
On order of the Mayor, a special meeting of the City Council was convened
at 7:03 p.m., with all Councilmembers present. Councilmember Katz led the
assemblage in the pledge of allegiance.

There was no one present for public comment.
CLOSED SESSIONS
On order ofthe Mayor, the City Council recessed at 7:03 p.m., and then
adjourned to consider closed sessions.
