The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa MonIca, California, met in
Special Session in the offices of Daniel, Mann, Johnson & Mendenhall, et
3325 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, california 90005, on February 10,
1969, at 4:15 P.M.
The Secretary reported that a Notice of Special Meeting had been delIvered
to each Member, as required by Article III, Section 3, of the By-Laws.

The Secretary introduced Mr. Jack Morehart, who briefly outlined his
interest in the P.O.P. lands. Mr. Morehart then introduced Mr. Al Martin,
of the firm of Daniel, Mann, Johnson & Mendenhall, who narrated a slide
presentation of the studies performed by his offices on the proposal for
the development of the P.O.P. lands.
At 5:40 P.M.. Mr. 5arnard moved, seconded by Mr. Connelly, that the
meeting recess. At 6:30 P.M.. the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned.
