Councllmember Zane moved to approve the CIty CounCIl portlon of the staff report, thereby autho"'lzlng the Clty Manager to r,egotlate the terms of, and execute the Grant Deed, ard determlne the sales p~lce of the lar.d, so that the sales prIce shall ~ot be less than the maXImum affordable cost; and authorIZIng the Clty Manager to execute an agreemen t Wl th the develope~ to pay not more than $55,641 for costs of Improvements to the development not covered by HUD. Second by Councilmember Conn.
