MINUTES OF THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA
February 27, 1973
7:00 P.M.
The regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Monica,
California, scheduled for the above stated date and time, convened at 7:28 P.M.,
in the City Counci 1 Chambers. The pledge of allegiance was given, after which
Reverend Donald H. Opfer gave the invocation.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Mr. Reidy moved, seconded by Mr. Gabriel, that the minutes of October 24,
1972, October 31, 1972, January 9, 1973 and January 23, 1973 be approved as
mal led. The motion carried with a unanimous voice vote.
Upon Mr. Gabriel's request, the Executive Director reported on the status
of the Ocean Park Projects, stating that a building permit had been issued for
Parcels 2 and 5 of Ocean Park Projects I (a) and 1 (b) and also that an applica-
tion for exemption from Proposition 20 had been filed with the South Coast
Regional Conservation Commission.
There being no further bUSiness to be brought before the Members, Mr. Reidy
moved, seconded by Mr. Rinck, that the meeting be adjourned. The motion carried
with a unanimous vOice vote. The meeting adjourned at 7:33 P.M.
