December 18, 1973
2:30 P.M.
The special meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa
Monica, California, scheduled for the above stated date and time convened
at 4:55 P.M., in the City Council Chambers.
PRESENT:
MEMBERS: Clo Hoover, Chairman
Fred M. Judson
Hilliard L. Lawson
John W. McCloskey
Donna O. Swink
Nathaniel Trlves
Pieter van den Steenhoven, entered at 4:58 P.M.
ABSENT:

Upon the recommendation of the Executive Director, Mr. McCloskey moved,
seconded by Mrs. Swink, that the meeting be adjourned to an Executive Session
for the purpose of disCUSSing pOSSible litigation in the Ocean Park Project
and personnel matters relating to the Downtown Project. The motion carried
with a unanimous voice vote. The meeting adjourned at 5:00 P.M.
The meeting reconvened at 6:20 P.M. The Chairman stated that the Agency
would continue to pursue its original position with respect to supporting
H.F.H., Ltd. In the development of the Ocean Park Project. Mr. McCloskey
requested that the record show that he was opposed to this position.
There being no further business to be brought before the Members,
Mr. Lawson moved, seconded by Mr. Trives, that the meeting be adjourned.
The motion carried with a unanimous VOice vote. The meeting adjourned
at 6:25 P.M.
