his concern for u tine linitatlon en the agreerent. He was assured that the
agree~ent provided t~at negotiations not exceed a 12-month period.
Follo~lng discussion, Mr. Cohen moved that the Agency approve the Exclusive
Agreewent with Lincoln Property Corccany for the development of 400 units In the
Ocean Park Redevelo~nent ProJect. Mrs. S':ink seconded the motion ';:lLCh passed
