in Special Session on February 20. 196], at the Broken Drum Restaurant,
at 72~ Wilshire Boulevard, Santa Monica, at 12:00 P.M.
The Secretary reported that a Notice of Special Meeting had been
mailed to each Member, as required by Article III, Section 3,of the
By-Laws.
