REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Monica, California, met in
Special Session in the City Council Chambers, on March 18, 1968, at 5:15 P.M.
The Secretary reported that a Notice of Special Meeting had been
personally delivered to each Member, as required by Article III, Section 3
of the By-Laws.

Land Company
Eugene B. Jacobs, General Counsel
Grace Thomas, Executive Director-Secretary
Mr. Richey moved, seconded by Mr. Harding, that the meeting be
adjourned to Room 217 of the City Hall. The motion carried with a
unanimous voice vote. A notice was posted on the bulletin board of the
Council Chambers regarding the adjournment of the meeting to Room 217
of the City Hall.
A discussion was held regarding the current status of the First
Installment Parcel and the availability of financing on the second
phase of Santa Monica Shores.
There being no further business to be brought before the Members,
Mr. Richey moved, seconded by Mr. Harding, that the meetIng be adjourned.
The motion carried with a unanimous voice vote.
The meeting adjourned at 7:20 P,M.
