GENERAL:
Hue Audit Report
The Secretary reviewed the HUD Audit Report No.3 for the period
July 1. 1966 through September 30, 1968 and gave an explanation on the
three findings shown in the audit.
Moving of Agency Offices
The Secretary informed the Members that due to the expansion of certain
departments in the City Hall. the Redevelop~ent Agency offices were scheduled
to move to other faci lities within the City Hall.

PROJECT ACT IONS AND REPORTS:
Project I (a) :
Amended land Disposition Agreement - Study Session
The Chainman announced that the Members would hold a Study Session
and invited anyone from the audience who wished to address the Members
to do so at this time.
Mr. Jack Morehart stated his objections to Section 201 of the Amended
Land Disposition Agreement submitted by Crescent Bay Properties relating
to the disposition of the P.O.P. properties and added that he wished to
be granted the opportunity to present to the Agency his proposal for the
development of the P.D.P. properties, together with evidence of ownership
of said properties. before the public hearing on the Amended Land Disposi-
tion Agreement, to be held on May 27, 1969. He also presented a drawing
illustrating the parcels in the P.D.P. area by ownership. Mr. Owen Strange,
Attorney for Mr. Morehart, spoke before the Members on the question of
ownerShip. The Chairman suggested that Hr. Morehart prepare a written
presentation and present it to the Agency, and the Secretary requested
that Mr. Morehart get together with Mr. Jacobs, Agency Counsel, and
herself to further discuss said presentation.
At 5:34 P.M., the Members held a Study Session on the Amended Land
Disposition Agreement.
There being no further business to be brought before the Members,
Mr. Richey moved, seconded by Mr. Whiting, that the meeting be adjourned.
The motion carried with a unanimous yolce vote. The meeting adjourned
at 6:30 P.M.
